Who is Carine? Good question…. Well, first I can say I'm a passionate woman who loves to teach. I think humans are born to learn, and when I see the happy faces of my students at the end of a project, I feel really happy too.

I learned French picture framing techniques in Paris between 2001 and 2003. Then, I moved to Canada in 2003. During those two years I taught French to members of the Canadian government and taught picture framing to friends who encouraged me to teach even more people. In 2006 this led me to teach as a private teacher and I conducted classes at the Aylmer art's council in Canada. During the fall 2006, I moved again, this time to California and started to teach again.

But, since I started to teach Picture Framing, students have inquired about my scrapbooking techniques too. There was so much interest and enthusiasm for it that I started to teach scrapbooking as well.

So, this is my little story and hope you will become a part of it by making great frames or scrap pages with me.
